Full Planning and Coordination
Especially for busy couple that is seeking guidance from beginning to the grand finale. This is the most popular package as it offers full service planning, management and execution of deadlines. A busy daily schedule does not mean sacrificing the fine details of your ideal wedding. We are committed to help you each step of the way, from helping to prepare your wedding budget, customize wedding checklist and timelines, assist with walk-throughs, selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues, assist with selecting a color scheme, theme and style of the wedding, coordinate with vendors to ensure services/products are provided in a timely manner as contracted, assist with invitations and tracking RSVP’s, final venue walk-through with you the month of the wedding, ceremony planning, processional and recessional, and much more. We will be your biggest advocate all the way during the planning process of your beautiful day.
Month of Essential Planning and Coordination
The package is designed for those busy couples which have their design/vision in place but seeking assistance in finalizing plans for the busiest time of your pre-wedding planning events. This services begins two months before your wedding date. One of our experience coordinators will work towards finalizing for wedding plans, which typically includes vendor/contract management assistance, creation and distribution of wedding agenda, rehearsal coordination, personalized timeline, and address last minute details to ensure a stress-free engagement leading up to a joyful wedding day experience.
Day of” Coordination
The perfect package if you have completed all of your wedding plans and simply need an on-site ‘day of’ coordinator to oversee your vendors, timeline, the bridal party, as well as assist with set up/breakdown. This service begins 2-4 weeks prior to your wedding day and includes participation in ceremony rehearsal. We will help create a very detailed timeline to help to eliminate any issues so your special day is seamless and flawless. We will also be the point of contact for your entire wedding party, family, guests and vendors.
